Was informed by representative a loaner car would not be available for over 3 weeks, along with that my car would be “fixed” in several days when in fact took over three weeks with zero communication. Received a phone call at 3pm mid week from rep stating I had 48 hours to pick up my serviced vehicle or I would be charged a daily fee. I could understand this policy however I NEVER received a status update from the service department despite my numerous attempts to obtain an update. I went out of my way to obtain my car (over an hour drive).
