The dealer had my ID4 for 3 days for a recall. I ask them to fix a problem I have with the scheduling charge, it wasn’t fixed. Now I have to bring the car back in 3 weeks. They didn’t wash the car or charge the battery (EV).

My salesman was so nice and knowledgeable.(his last day was the day I picked up the car) The reason for my visit is that when I bought the car, there was a scratch on the bumper. Honestly, I would never had noticed it. I was also there because my driver's door lock was not always working and stuck. My service advisor, Joey was very professional and courteous
