My appointment was for a recall, I confirmed and then morning (after my car was there) I got a call that the part of was not available. In addition, after appointment my check engine light is on.

I was told the work would take approximately 90 minutes. There was a delay due to another vehicle and I was informed my vehicle may take a bit longer, along with an apology. However, I was on my way out in 75 minutes total. Great service and friendly staff.
