I had an 8:30am appt for my car service and check driver seat . I dropped my car at 8:00 I was told car will be ready closer to 5 pm and received a call that day to be told they could not finished it all , and car will be ready the next day in the morning and I said ok that I needed my car back . I did not get my car after 29 hours later . Service did not care that I was upset all they said was they were short of staff and got so many tickets coming in . I said but I had an appt you guys overbook people that they had said they could not get it done the day off and then the next morning when I called at 10 to check o am being told the technician had just started with the service then work on recall and seat . I told service guys they were wrong and not honest
