I purchased new tires and the price includes installation and a wheel alignment was told one price at the purchase from VW then a different price at the dealership. Then I was charged additional labor of 300.00. I was not given any explanation of what the labor was actually for, I also find the people at the service desk for ID4 curt, Not outright rude but I could see it happening. It’s just not good business. The sales people could not be nicer…interesting!
